Tents, campers, motorhomes & caravans welcome

Please note: There are no electric hook ups or fresh water taps on the camping site –

water, toilets & showers are available at the centre.

Camping: Kindly use the form below by 20th June 2024 to secure your spot and ensure we can make all necessary arrangements for your stay.

Animals & Cars *

• I acknowledge no dogs are allowed on the site - cars must be parked in the car park.

Fires & BBQ's *

• I acknowledge no open fires are allowed - BBQ's must be raised of the ground.

Alcohol on the Campsite *

• I acknowledge no alcohol to be brought onto or consumed on the site (Licenced bar at club house prices)

Site Layout *

• I acknowledge all tents/campers/motorhomes/caravan must be setup/parked along the hedge line.

Payment *

• I acknowledge payment in full for our stay (£8pppn - age 12+/£4pppn - under 12/age 2 and under FREE) is due before arrival.
• I acknowledge I will be invoiced for the payment no later than 20th June 2024

Liability *

• I am aware that the field is also used for other activities, Moretonhampstead Sports & Community Centre and MartialArts4Fun are not liable for any damage or injury.

Devon Air Ambulance *

• I am aware the site is a Devon Air Ambulance Emergency Landing site and may be used in case of a local emergency, the landing site is clearly indicated and must be kept clear of all obstructions.
