👉Training Schedul

What a week it's been! We wrapped things up with the South West Area Black Belt Patterns Course over in Newton Abbot, and honestly, it was brilliant — a real chance to sharpen our understanding of the grade patterns and pick up little details we can bring straight back to our own students in the Dojang.

Now it's a new week, and there's plenty to look forward to. We're building towards our Coloured Belt and Black Stripe Pre-Grading on Saturday 11th July, so this week is all about the fundamentals — line work, patterns, and set sparring. Every rep counts, and every student is one step closer.

Whatever belt you're working towards, remember: confidence isn't about how high you can kick. It's walking with your head up, speaking respectfully, and being comfortable in your own skin. That's what we're building this week, one session at a time.

Let's get after it.

Two brilliant things happening today, and we couldn't be prouder.

First — the South West Black Belt Patterns Course is on today, bringing together some of the finest instructors and students in the region for a day of detail, precision, and proper hard work. Days like this are a privilege, and they remind us why we fell in love with this art in the first place.

Second — day two of the Tae Kwon Do World Cup in Canada. To every T.A.G.B. competitor stepping onto those mats today: we see the years of early mornings, the patience, the line work, the patterns drilled a thousand times over. However today goes, you've already done something most people never will — you showed up and you competed for something bigger than yourself.

From our little Dojangs, established back in 1994, to a World Cup stage in Canada — this is what community and consistency can build. We're proud of every single one of you.
