Today, it happened. 🎉
Across every MA4F club in Devon, our Coloured Belt candidates stepped into the Dojang and gave everything they had. Nerves, focus, months of preparation — all of it on show today.
Belt colours will change, but what matters more is what didn't need a grading to prove: heads held higher, more self-belief, and a room full of young people (and adults!) who showed up and backed themselves.
To every candidate — however today went — we saw your effort, and we are proud of you. That's what Traditional Respect looks like in action.

Everyone smashed this mornings session 💪🏼
Started with a Fitness TKD chipper
Working in pairs:
10 hand release press ups
20 lunges
30 dips
40 sit ups
50 squats
In between each round - 1 lap around the hall and 10 punches each.
Work your way back up.
Each pair smashed the whole workout in under 15 minutes
