Starting Position: Parallel Ready Stance
- Move the right foot to A, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.
- Bring the right foot back to the left foot, then move the right foot back forming a left walking stance towards B, while executing a low block with the left outer forearm.
- Move the right foot to B, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.
- Bring the right foot back to the left foot, then move the right foot back forming a left walking stance towards C, while executing a low block with the left outer forearm.
- Move the right foot to C, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.
- Bring the right foot back to the left foot, then move the right foot back forming left walking stance towards D, while executing a low block with the left outer forearm.
- Move the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the right fist.
- Bring the right foot back to parallel ready stance towards A.
- Move the left foot to A, forming a left walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the left fist.
- Bring the left foot back the to the right, then move the left foot back forming right walking stance towards D, while executing a low block with the right outer forearm.
- Move the left foot to D, forming a left walking stance, while executing a middle punch with the left fist.
- Bring the left foot back to the right foot, then move the left foot back forming right walking stance towards C, while executing a low block with the right outer forearm.
